Back and forth and back and forth over how to make these killermadheavybadassparts....tolerance 1/4" plasma cut? stacks of tight tolerance laser-cut? stainless, too heavy this, too pricey that, poly torch 1/16" tolerance mild steel chrome plated?.....water jet just the critical slots after torching it to a manageable weight? Sheesh.
